Gravensteen Castle - one of the main sights of Gent. This is a medieval castle, located right in the heart of the city. Castle of the Counts Gravensteen dates from the end of the XII century (one of the oldest castles in Belgium). The defensive system of
the castle is fully retained its original appearance. Also noteworthy castle gate, castle walls and stables.
